LHT S/C Intercooler install
For those that didn't know, We designed and produce the intercooler for the jackson racing supercharger. We average 100+ F degree drop in intake temps at 9 psi and see gains from 20-30 whp.
Here's a few pics of a GSR getting the LHT touch.You will notice the reinstall is alot cleaner after we get done .
Part of the LHT intercooler We port the "S" tube, this one we ported to 70mm to match the TB. We had to do some welding so we had more room to port.

Below are somepictures of the heat exchanger and pump. The INtercooler is a water to air, It has a water supply running through the manifold via the pump to the heat exchanger.
This is the LHT INtercooler installed with the water hoses .

Here's the completed install. Intakes temps were Datalogged with Hondata with back to back runs and the highest seen were 151F. Normal runs are 130-135F , Without the INtercooler the Intake temps would be 210+.
Notice the Intake Change.....lol
