Here's the pic's from the completed Legacy

The piping was built to allow the fog lights to stay

Even with the large 3.5" thick intercooler , very little bumper trimming was needed.

This is a Volvo S60 R , It's trubo charged from the factory with an very thin intercooler mounted between the AC condensor and the radiator. It also used very small plastic intercooler hoses.
We removed the intercooler and mounted the condensor to the radiator ( Like an Acura integra) then used a larger air to air intercooler in front of them both.
We anodized the intercooler black so it's hiden but does not hurt the cooling efficiancey or chip like paint.

The intercooler mounted, The factory fog lights were retained.

The 2.5" aluminum piping bead rolled with flow sensor. Our pipes have been tested to 90psi so don't worry about poping off LHT pipes.

The bumper was trimmed very little to clear the larger core.

We don't drive customers cars unless we're tuning them. I have no idea how they drive either, They do look cool though.
