looks like its made to be (or look like) a wangan car, and if I had to guess, that would be a police scanner antenna??? maybe thats jus the ricer side of me, but I'm wondering about that second side mirror on the window, i think i like it though

driver looked like late 20-mid30 years old. Do you see stickers? or paint? on the roof, it says fuku 14 (police ID?). I guess he wants a cop car.
