My tuner is named Alpha
Roque Fab = The best Fabricator in the WHOLE WORLD

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.

Alpha what's your opinion on this in comparison to AEM S2

As of right now it has a few more features than the Series 2. What it doesn't have that the AEM Series 2 has is Knock Control. Also, when the beta software is ready for public release the next release of AEM Tuner (AEM Series 2) will actually have a few more features than this MoTeC unit.

Interesting sounds like the aem is the way to go, It's just I heard the aem auto tuning capabilities were lack luster and in some rare cases damaged a few transmissions, Prompting some aem users to switch to pro-efi figured the motec may be a better alternative at a better price.
Moreover this is what I've heard & read and may not be factual information at all, And more a issue of tuning.Last edited by bikeimports; 01-17-2011 at 10:11 PM.

You hear that from people who should be no where near a laptop or an auto car. An auto car is a whole different beast to tune. You're controlling line pressure, shift points, timing between gears, etc. Of course a bunch of morons are going to break transmissions. I've tuned more autos than I care to remember. I've had two failures. One of which we were able to pinpoint back to the trans builder and the other we didn't care to figure out as the trans was FIVE YEARS old making 600+whp.
