Great start. Best way to do this right is kicking those stock twins from the start. Turbo and manifold look great

Thanks Noah. After seeing your project come together, I wish I could do more but Justin said it best "the plan for now". I think we are running almost identical turbos.

We got the engine finished up and ready for installation: new motor mount , turbo line, cam/crank seals, thermostat etc. etc. etc.

converted over to v-band:

Then we removed the 1uz (v80) and pressure washed the engine bay to have a clean platform to start on:

Before wash:

Install the engine, modified fuel lines , Install fuel pump upgrade, 12v mod, wire harness extension /conversion, And began intercooler piping:

Finding a place to mount the monstrous tranny cooler wasn't easy we ended up making a bracket and installing it behind the intercooler:

This build looks so familiar. I just finished my swap about two months ago. How did you power the coils, ignitor, and the injectors? Did you run seperate wires, use relays, or sent the harness off to Dr.Tweak? Overall looks similar to what I did. Looks impressive. I am subscribed and to see if the cams really help!
