Toyota Supra Misc. Fab Work:
Owner: Carlos
Car: 1993 Toyota Supra Turbo Targa 6spd
The vehicle was sent over from another shop (Orin @ Bivco Performance Services) that was doing the overall setup on the vehicle but was in need of our welding services. They laid out how & what they wanted done and we took it from there.
Thanks to Jim @ JFAB for the new material connection.



How the vehicle arrived:



So we began on the hot side piping first, getting 3" right off the turbo was difficult due to the manifold design but achieved:

Onto the cold side, 4" intercooler piping:


A little cleaning before cutting:








From the bottom looking up:








The throttle body needed to be rotated so the throttle cable mount was left in the wrong position:

Power steering reservoir need to be modified due to the sheer size of the surge style intake manifold:

With the bumper installed the wheel & bumper clearance was perfect:


Customer needed valve cover to be tapped to weld in some AN fitting for the oil catch can:

618 whp 492 ft/lbs at 22 psi (Low Boost)on pump gas ,
stock block ,more power coming soon ,stay tuned

Carlos came back bye for us to modify the intake, So he can pull a vacuum for his catch can setup!!
Also closed up 2 ports that weren't needed.

THanks and a Big Ups to the guys at Hybrid for making this MKIV come alive. Loved the expidited srvice and Justin was a stand up guy all the way. You folks will be a tabricating force to recognize in the days to come.
