So we got things disassembled to prepare for the machine shop so this is what we found:
The damage was consistent with pre-ignition:
& some detonation i.e blown headgasket

Update!!
So fast forwarding some time..we continued with the disassembly was able to take a spare GE engine we had laying around freshen it up and get thing back in order..
Factory 2jz-ge Ajusa gasket set very good quality & driftmotion TT headgasket also very good quality was used to keep things sealed tight.

Cleavite/Mahle was used to freshen up the internals:
