Integra Downpipe/full 3" exhaust/ IC pipping/ WG dumptube fabrication

When the customer came in He was in need of a custom built downpipe, 3" mandrel exhaust system, wastegate dump tube & some reinforcement & modification to the intercooler piping.

We started with the passenger side intercooler piping, it was droopy and was conflicting with the bumper as-well-as the upper charge pipe.


Some bracing was added to rectify the problem:


Then moved on to the turbo-to-intercooler piping and was able eliminate two coupler joints creating a more reliable system also adding some bracing and engineer a more subtle piping route.






All done welding, let see how it fits!



Then we move onto the most difficult and time consuming phase: The Downpipe.
