HMS S13/s14 1jz/2jz Swap Kit!!!
12/13/11 Update: Well prior to this mount kit every mount kit was offered for manual transmissions only i.e (w55/58, R154) there is a difference this became apparent to us when we try to use it on our 97 2jz/240sx that we are currently building which we are going auto with, the automatic transmission sits approximately 1.5" further back. So thanks to this issue we decided to make the mounts universal at no extra cost! however due to the new engine position sway arm spacers or aftermarket sway bars may be needed in certain applications. in addition to that we ended up using more material than we originally intended to
either way it more bang for your buck
Here is a revised rendering of the new mounts, they are now manual/automatic transmission universal & universal for the different transmission mount brackets. You can see the difference compared to they previous post.

12/04/11Update: We are in the process of making the new version 2 mount kit it will replace the existing mount kit , we were able to use slightly less material! picture will be up soon of the actual mounts here's a screen shot of the rendering:

that's awesome
work on piecing together a complete swap kit.
I would be more interested in a bag full of all of the goodies, ya know.
but that is still pretty awesome, especially for the price
you guys have a bunch already made up or can you make them to spec? Just curious because there has been talk about doing this build up, but setting the motor a bit further back and doing a custom firewall section.
pm me please.
thanks

I'm also entertaining the idea of trying this swap out. The 1JZ is sometimes cheaper than the SR now, so its tempting.

A little behind on my swap . Hate to bring old thread from dead but this is of interest to me. What about shifter extension for the r154mk3 into s13? Also need shift lever assembly. the stick itself. bell houseing wiring conversion. Nice to see someone stepping in beside one other company..
