HID Bulb replacement

My HID bulb, on passenger side, done finally kicked the bucket and I'm trying to figure out what do I need to replace it?

I'm not sure of the setup, I bought the car and it came with the HID kit. They're 8k bi-xenon. I tried looking at my ballast and see if I could grab a part number or anything but no luck. All I got is the little information on the top part Lumavue? I've provided pictures below:

I've looked online and I can't seem to find anything with that 3 prong setup, or maybe I'm just searching wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm.. I think I know what the issue is, I have an old HID kit and it doesn't use the easy harness setup, maybe I could just get a harness setup and bulb and be done with it? Just an idea.

I went to the huge Korean Flea Market in the South West corner of
Nebraska and Fowler, near the back in the middle, is a Spanish guy
very knowledgeable about HID's.......they also have LED! headlight bulbs.

You might stop by and see what he suggests.
