Well this kid brought his car to me"i dont like working on cars anymore"but for money 100$ he ask me to find whats wrong so guess i will do it ...well i he tells me it drives fine till he gets on it then it kindda SPutters and jerks...so i check timing Tps sensor the normal.then take apart the Dizzy still nothing..so i ask him have you done the fuel pump or anything he says yes it thats when it started lil after install i say Maybe the filter came off...well i wish i was wrong"its a 95 civic" this is what i find

how do i clean it? my dad always said you should never let your gas tank go low because you pull off the bottom and there is junk in there so i would like to clean it if i looks like that and i wont have to worry

Your dad is a seriously misguided. Your pump is always pulling off the bottom..its not on a float or anything, its on a metal arm that holds it right there at the bottom. And that heavy shit that he just pulled out, sure as hell isnt floating to the top above the pump just cause you filled the tank.

lawl @ my dad. it never made sense to me when he would say that I would think so is the pump sitting like an inch above the bottom so there could actually be gas in the tank but it wont suck it up? now i know.

yup thats true i never look really inside a tank b4,the pump is surrounded by 4 walls and the gaps are under the walls,so the dirt and rust really has nowhere to go and is just pulled to the pump and stays there,....
