where is my money? where is my replacement ecu? why have you not answered my calls, or returned my call from the numerous messages ive left you? be and man pay up from the screw up you caused. pay up like you promised me in front of other people. dont make thing any worse than they already are.


THE STORY:
im gonnna sum it up as short as possible. i paid him to tune (hondata s200) my girls car. next day car wouldnt start. had to wait another week to come back. he comes back and fries the ecu then decides to run the car on chrome without my or my girlfriend permission. we had no idea. the car lasted 2 days this time. called him again and explained and he promised he would be there that friday. i call him from thursaday to sunday and no answer. left plenty of messages then i even left a pm. NOTHING. so finally i contacated (Jason K.) 60-1EK. had him check the jumper harness (one he created) and everything else that solero said was faulty, and the car itself was up to par. he loaded the map that solero made and he looked at me and askied if i was serious. 155% duty cycle on STOCK injectors. then everything was turned off, knock sensor o2 sensor, EVERYTHING. if something wasnt working we wouldnt of known because it wouldnt have thrown a code. so at this point..... im already pissed. i didnt have enough money at the time to retune so i call my good friend Neal Sutton (NS Racing, cxcivic) and when he loaded the map he said the same thing. so now im beyond pissed. this isnt my car. its my girls. Neal hooks me up with a awsome tune and the car has been running perfectly fine since. so i call John Solero and in a nice way i try to ask for a refund and he starts to get antsy on the phone and then i start to yell then he hangs up. BIG MISTAKE. little did he know the car he was dyno tuneing the next morning (which blew up a day later) is a good friend of mine. so i went and he tried to act all cool like nothing happend. i blew up and told him i want my $200 i paod for a tune refunded and a replacement p28 ecu since he fried the p28 hondata one. i was so tempted to knock his ass out but JAP DAN asked me to keep my cool because he needed to tune other cars. after having to threaten him (ssunday 09/24/06) i tell him he has untill that friday to pay me. no excuses. he agrees. he then tells me hey i will have your money tonight then have my ecu by thursday. sunday night comes and nothing. mon-tues-wed-thu-fri- NOTHING. no calln no im, no pm, and till this day i have not heard from him. thats my story. sorry it took so long

yea that sounds good, i'm the guy that took ceejay down there when i was getting my car dyno'd by john and it mysteriously blew up the next day. just read my sig, i don't have the time to say my whole story

1st off CJ, you need to tell the truth, I have tried to talk to you countless timees, but all you say is dont talk to me until you have my money. CJ is right about one thing, there was something wrong with the car after I tuned it. thats not BS. I was happy to tune the car when he asked me, as I have countless other customers that there cars run great still, sure there will always be something that wil goof up and need fixed, but thats part of the game.

Ok So my turn. I tuned the car with the Hondata ECU that was in the car. The car ran like ass when I 1st got there. idle was shit and the car was running extremely rich.. It took me about 3hrs to get the car running great, and towards the end CJ was VERY happy saying I quote "damn bro, the car is running awesome, I dont even want my girl to drive it" We ended the night and did one more test drive and all was ok. The next day CJ called to tell me the car ran good to (I think it was the movies) and when they came back 2 start it it wouldnt fire up. I have him check a few things over the phone to no avail. I then told him to check a few other things and call me back. a day or two later he called me and said the car still wouldnt run and it was throwing a Code 19(which the car didnt even have?) So I told him I would be up there saturday to check it out for him. I came up that day, and looked around a bit, didnt see anything, So I ope ned the ECU , to find the IAT transistor in the ECU burnt up bad.. So I showed his girl the ECU and his friend Christian, I threw my tuning ECU in the car and it fired up right away. So not knowing why or when I offerd to take the ECU to see if I could fix it. In the mean time the car needed to run. I had no spare ECU with me, adn his friend did, it was a Hondata stage1 ECU for which I dont have software to setup. So I burnt a chip with crome on it so she could get to work and such. the car ran, we took a ride and all was ok.. so we thought. B4 I left I did notice someone tried to wire in a aftermarket A/F guage, and did a very poor job on the solder job, and it looked like it was comming in contact with the frame(grounding out). I fix it and was on my way, note you not charging anyone as I wanted to help out the best I could, even though it took me 1.5hrs to drive up to them. No biggie. Well he called me like 1-2 days later to tell me the car was doing it again??? I told him I would be up there that weekend again to see what else it could be. in the mean time I called some of the top brains in the EFI tuning scene to ask questions about the problem, and all of them said it sounded like a short or a bad ground somewere on the car. And assured me the ECU chip/Tune cant fry a ECU.. So I was still stumped. I never mad it up to CJ that weekend, that true. I had some personal issues I needed to clear up. He called me monday I think to tell me that it was fixed by jason, I asked how and he said it was the tune?? I said no way that impossible, but he didnt care for what I had to say. So I let it go. the next weekend I came back up to give him the Hondata ECU that was cooked, and I was told the car was broke again?? Nothing was said to me until I got back home that night. He called me mad and neded advice as to what to do. I said I would help him out but his girl didnt want me touching the car. So he then started to complain and not ask for anything. I was trying to get his attention and I did raise my voice a little, but then said I was sorry and I tend to talk loud sometimes. We afetr that he just started yelling alot and threating me and cusing at me. I told him in the calmest tone. "CJ look I will do anything you need, just tell me what you need???" then more yelling from him. I then said "Look CJ I want to help you, but you will not call me cusing at me and threating me. Im going to hang up, When you want to talk like adults please call me back so we can fix this, good-bye.. I hung up. My wife was in the car with me at this time.

The next day I went to meet a customer at the dyno, and he brought CJ. from the moment he got out of the car I knew he wanted to fight me. I was calm and did the work I needed to do. I tried to approach him and he said stay away from me. So I did, about 30min into the tune CJ came up to me and stood there. I looked at him and said" CJ Bro we need to fix this, please I dont want you mad at me" he told me to shut my fu*&in mouth and listen. So I did. He then crossed the line by telling me "I dont want to hear 1 word out of your mouth not 1, This is what I want, I want my money for the tune. I want a new ECU, I want it by friday, I know were you live, if you dont have it by then I am going to come down there and fuck you up!!" I then tried to talk, but he didnt want to hear anything he started to come at me to hit me and JapDan grabed him and pulled him away.. I didnt know what to do. I even told James(racerelated) the who story word for word after this happend, he gave me some advive and that was that. I thought about it andtold CJ I would have his money tonight. and the ECU friday 4 him. well I guess him and is friend decided to gang up on me and skip out on the dyno bill.. The naxt day I pmed CJ and then he told me about the 155% duty cycle, I told him that in crome the duty cycle was wrong and didnt work, he said 2 tuners said it did, I wrote Jason he said he told CJ he was wrong about the duty cycle, CJ didnt care. then he asked about the knock sensor. I told him that the ECU he had didnt have a knock board so the knock sensor cant be used. Then he asked about some more sensors And I told him each of the sensors I disabled were not on the car or the ECU can use them. he didnt care. the only sensors I turned off wer Knock, O2, PA,Injector test,VTEC coolent,VTP, which the setup didnt have these sensors or the ECU cannot use. Any other tuner on this board will confirm this(P28ECU). I was going to pay CJ until he threated me countelss times. I care none of a new ECU, thats not the point. there are ways to deal with things and there are wrong ways to deal with things. I tried to ask CJ if we could sort this out and still be friend, but all he could do it threaten me and my family, and now lie. Every shop has issues time and agian, I tried soo hard to fix this the right way B4 he went the wrong way.

I dont know if you are all familiar with Welcome to PGMFI but Blunder is one on the sites main admins, and he and I talked countless times about this, I am more than happy to fix problems created by me. After further looking into the issue. I am 100% sure my chip/tune didnt cook his ECU.. blunder will confirm this and he asked me to tell him if this came up again as he wanted to add some info, to inform people that my chip didnt break this car..

The only other problem am having is with a great guy named Paul. He and I tuned his car, and after the tune he orderd a Rage header. the header was delayed 2 days, and was shipped to me. I made the big mistake of shipping it out again to the wrong address/customer. we are fixing this issue as we speak. those are the only 2 goofs I have done. If you own a shop you know how much stuff CAN go wrong. but if you do things right all will be Ok.. I fucked this one up.. me nobody else. And I take the blame 4 that. But im not hiding or stealing peoples money or parts. I would like evenyone to understand that. I have tuned well over 150 cars If I was so bad why would only 1 person speak up(unless they are part of the CJ thing wanting to fuck my name... BTW I was very open to all this with many people, including Jason(60-1) John(Mtber) Chris(PunkInterviews) and some of the TR admins, telling them about this from day one..... please post your question, I will anwser all to fix and clear this up...... Thank for bringig this back up CJ, as your SIG is another reason I thought twice!....

I have never heard of an all motor setup "blowing up" unless it dropped a valve or spun a bearing due to a mechanical failure which has NOTHING to do with the tuner.
So... what happend to your motor... ?
