Locking Threads
I have already made one thread, and it was promised by the admin staff that they would make it known who locks threads. Obviously this was overlooked by someone because they locked my thread in Help TR without making it known who it was.

I'm bumping this again since another admin has decided that they are going to delete threads without letting people know who is deleting it or why it's being deleted.
