So I come on here occasionally when I need certain items... I attempt to do some searches... but every time I do it either tells me to wait 30 seconds, or there are no results... this site seems to piss me off every time I use it

This sites search function is actually very good compared to some other forums search.

The only reason it would say there are no results is because there are NO threads/posts on that subject yet.

As for it saying you need to wait 30 seconds, that's because it only allows you to search once every 30 seconds. It was implemented to keep bandwith lower or some other reason along those lines.

Ive used the search function to search for threads I know exist. Yes I was typing the right words. Sometimes it will work, and sometimes it won't.

Also, I forgot to mention that if your search topic is 3 letters or less (i.e CRX), it won't work.

Try the new search box above and let me know if that works better or worse. From my testing it works faster and better.
