here is some free advice is any of this can , would or may happen. record all traffic stops. even buy a Camra that attaches to your dash or front windshield they are only $60-$70 bucks and can be used in court. Fact you won't win on the streets with the law but you will in court.

It's kinda scary when it happens to you. I was driving my Aunt's car home from Florida for her. I was on I95 going thru Georgia about 50 miles to the S.C. State line in a brand new Mercedes and it was 3:15am when I got pulled over. I asked why was I pulled over. He stated I must be on something bc I was using cruise control. He said anyone driving in the middle of the night with cruise control is always a user or a dealer. I tried to explain why I was driving so late and using cc. He told me to shut up and get out of the car. Then he started looking thru the car, then my purse.

He then tells me he's arresting me for a large bag a pot he found in my purse. I started to laugh and told him I'm extremely allergic to marijuana that smelling it could cause an anaphylactic reaction so I said. What's your deal. Why are you lying. It is so well documented on my medical records that he would look like an ass and it would prove he planted it. I should have shut my mouth bc it pissed him off. He then started getting touchy with me and told me the only way I was getting back into my car was by sucking his you know what.

I started feeling anxious and that wasn't good for him bc I tend to get violent when I'm feeling cornered. So I open handed straight up his nose which always breaks the nose. When he bent a little I kneed him. He fell to the ground which I then stomped on him hand to break his wrist. Hopped back in the car and floored it to the state line. I was nervous driving the rest of the way to Massachusetts that I stayed in a hotel until my brother flew down to SC to drive with me.
