Now I don't know if this is true or not but I saw a documentary on history channel that states Henry Ford made an electric car for his wife and she used to drive it all the time. If thats the case, then we are being deceived on an unimaginable level.
We must also remember, we pay for nuclear powerplants to harness the power of the sun and then feed it to our homes for $100's a month. Meanwhile mongolian farmers power their farm homes with solar panels and have all the amenities of the average middle class apartments... Its a very strange world we live in lol
If anyones interested in why this car REALLY isn't allowed in the US; take a history lesson on Nikola Tesla and his lost war against Edison and his investors for free universal energy.

Someone else told me that Tesla got "mistreated" by Edison.
Edison was not exactly a nice guy. Especially when it came to
competition for electricity.
I saw something else about early electric cars....trying to recall though.

it is all about money there have ben hundreds of 100+ mpg car designs but the powers at large will not allow it happen due to the effect on there wallet
like mentioned above tesla was a genus way ahead of his time but he didn't want to rape the American people for what could be ad for almost no cost s the government made him out to be a mad man and locked him up
