Stolen car!!! HELP
96 Nissan Altima. Factory Purple, faded roof. lowered on Megan coils with RacingHart C2 rims. Kenwood stereo with Alpine speakers.
I know it doesnt sound like much but its pretty important to me as someone very close to me gave it to me.
This is the first time anything this shitty has happened to me so if anyone has any advice or tips to help me relocate id appreciate it. People who know me can tell you i have no enemies or consort with the shady type of people who may have done this. Fuck
Here's a pic....

Looks like a pretty decent ride. I hope you get it back.
When you get it back I can install some anti-theft devices.
An alarm is not an anti-theft device.
Unfortunately from what I read too many people really need the
devices BEFORE the car is boosted.
Where was it taken and what do you think they want off the car?-Bob---- on-site *Aftermarket* spring/suspension installations --- on-site impact wrenching---street lowering with your own stock springs...........
Much more at Bob's Garage!

Thieves will take anything they can get their hands on man, even hunk-o-shit (no offense op). Friend of mine had the shittiest huffy bike, all rusty, dirty, and scratched up. He thought it was safe until he parked it outside a 7-11 one day and came out to find it stolen.VATO LOCO FOR LIFE

Sorry to hear about your luck. Seems like alot of cars are being swiped recently. I would also advise anyone who is thinking of investing in an alarm to consider a tracker instead. An alarm will only help so much, a tracker can have your car recovered and most of the time have the thief caught red handed with the vehicle. Why do you think cars with OnStar, etc aren't gone for very long... Good luck with your recovery.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.– the late Tom Thrash SCCA Solo E Production

no luck yet.
my first thought was "who the hell steals an altima?" but you are right its anything they can get their hands on. and most cars of the '90's are pretty chintzy and seem easy to steal. its all profit for them.
It only had 2 of the nice wheels on it at that!!! (had flat so put steelies on the back)
had 2 s13 coilovers on the front (megan streets, with modified bracket)
stereo system kenwood and Alpine.
great running motor/auto trans (all stock except intake)
so its not really "out in the open" at our apt complex so someone knew that shit was here. i dont think it was a random smash and grab.

That sucks, I had a guy on a bike try to follow my mustang home about 10 days ago, my brother was riding with me and even noticed the guy acting fishy. I ended up driving out to bfe where my old rental property was.
Old schooler.
