Spun wheels in Florida?
Hi, i wonder if any body can help with an unusual problem

I live in England and want a set of Spun Supamesh wheels. We cant get them over here so my only option is to pay crazy shipping costs!

Now i am planning a trip to Florida(Clermont) later this year and would like to visit a few wheel shops and see if i can get a set whilst out there!
Problem is that every shop/site i find seem to be based in California!

So if any of you good people can point me in the direction of who might sell that wheel not a million miles from Clermont i would really apreciate it
Thanks in advance.

Most likely going to have to order them online.

you can order them from any Spun vendor and have them shipped to your address in Clermont.
Out of curiosity, why all the trouble over a cast wheel. Does any one know what foundry actually makes them too? The only thing I have ever found on them is the typical sales bullshit line of "Spun Wheels are designed and made from cutting-edge technology, which works all the way from wheel designs, casting and finishing with final inspection to ensure the highest standard." but it never says where they are made and what casting process they use??Looking to buy or sell Real Estate, give me a call.

Thanks fellas, will google Titan and see if they can help. Anyone else know who to try?
As for why all this fuss over a cast wheel. Well i just love the way they look. Theres a almost identical wheel made here (cades eros) but it doesent come in a 4x114.3 fittment which is what i need. I cant aford a high end forged wheel even if i wanted to!
Would be nice to know who makes them like you say. Yeah i know you get the marketing talk with every manufactures claiming great things about there products and i dont buy into it, but as long as they are half decent quality thats cool with me. I have seen alot of honda forums using these wheels and reports seem to be good.
Thanks again

ccw - they use forged centers - based in Daytona. Spun outers - real wheels for performance cars, not that gravity cast crap."If you can make black marks on a straight from the time you turn out of a corner until the braking point of the next turn, then you have enough horsepower"

^ Exactly, at least if you are going to do a cast wheel get a nice flow through casting wheels rather than cheap gravity cast.
Of cours Honda forums say they are nice...they also say Rotas are safe and sportmaxx are look good???Looking to buy or sell Real Estate, give me a call.

I contacted Titan and they dont do these wheels or know of anyone locally who does. But thanks for the contact chi.
Niburu - There is a brand here in England called cades that make an identical wheel (Eros) but not in the fittment i want and they wont custom drill. As far as i know Spun is sold in California only!!
g-50Cab - Thanks for the info. Those wheels are beautifull and no doubt far superiour to what im after but my pockets just arnt that deep. Theres no way i could afford those!
Im not making any claims about the quality of Spun wheels. Thay just happen to be the ones i really like.
Was just hoping to be able to walk into a shop out there, have a look at the wheels in the metal, see what i think, grab a set and save a whole buch of cash in the process. Looks like thats not gonna happen
Thanks fellas

Options....
Most businesses are there to make money. If the wheels are retail-sold only in California,
I would ask a Florida wheel dealer what he would charge me to get them from someone
selling them in California.
I would find out what UPS would charge me for shipping and/or what a company
selling in California would charge me for middle-manning the sale.
I'm wondering what the plane ticket to Cali would cost, if I flew to Cali, bought
the wheels and UPS'ed them to myself in Florida.....
Did I misunderstand the question?
