Do em 1 by 1. All you need is a jack and sockets. Thats how I did mine.

tools:
2 jack stands
1 floor jack
2 wheel chocks or makeshift chocks
1 piece of semisoft wood
sockets for motor mounts
how to safely remove:
put car on stands, put chocks behind rear wheels
get wood piece, put on floor jack. pump up until wood is safely against a safe part of the bottom of the oil pan, jack up just one micron above that, and leave it there.
Replace mounts. torque to spec.
done.
