What privacy ??? What privacy are you giving away in your vehicle ? You have no privacy in a vehicle. There are windows all around. Everyone can see you and anything you have in your vehicle unless you have it tucked away out of view. It's not like it's a home. It's a fucking vehicle. Get over it.

He has to have probable cause to pull you over though??? i.e speeding, runing a red, or whatever the cause. Does FL even still do inspection points ?? They used to do this while I was growing up in Brandon.

Cordite theres kind of a thin line there, probable cause to initiate a traffic stop would be a car swerving all over the road (because he's PROBALLY -(probable) to be above the blood alchohol level). But now on the other hand if you radar somebody doing 80 in a 60 then thats set proof and they are breaking the law, theres nothing probable there because you know 100% they did it. Just him doing 20 over the speed limit as normal as it is today is grounds for a vehicle inspection. And on the vehicle inspection thing the answer is yes FHP has them all over the place there just not as common anymore.
