If a person is in an intersection when it changes from yellow to red,...no ticket?
Graves,
It's my understanding that a person is only allowed to enter an intersection under a green light.
It would benefit all of us if you would post the actual wording of a statute (as K2 did) instead
of a link-Bob
1.If the links you posted say that a person can enter an intersection under a yellow light,
are you willing to post that part?....... including the statute number?
2.I was under the impression that the cameras were present to take a cars
picture while in the intersection under a red light.
Am I understanding that you are saying that when the camera takes your
cars picture in the intersection once the light has turned
from yellow to red that they will not mail you a ticket?
If you believe that it is a legal defense to say in court that you entered an intersection
under a yellow light and it became red while you were in the intersection, I'm not going
to change your mind.-Bob
