I never had good experience with the dealer. If they dont have this kind of paper work for their customer thats the first red flag. On the front of their paper right on that! No one touches my car unless paperwork is made on them taking my car. You always want a free Diagnostic!! If they find a problem then they can work on the car and they should show you the problem if possible, and why this is the problem. Also never be nice to all these new shops untill they show you what they can do, shops take big advantage. Ask them how they came to the conclusion that's what the problem was because obviously if your car was running right than what they fixed wasn't it. I just had a shop install my headunit and look what they did

I paid over $500 with this place and they screwed me. They tried telling me the shit was like that and I told them it wasnt gonna fly, I just got my car back repaired today. They also had one of those customer receipts where you sign on work when you leave the car, if they dont know what they are working on than you need a free estimate. Hope this helps

I cant drive to tampa just for a mechanic if my car were to break down and I needed a tow that would be a bitch. Gonna let my other mechanic run a diagnostic on for me. I just took the car out for a drive. its not stalling anymore but the rpms aren't consistent I think maybe they replaced the distributor and didn't reset the timing either at all or correctly.

Go to Hybrid Motorsports, I just had my car fixed there and my issues were tricky. They gave me picture updates to my phone, amazing prices, and gave me and my car alot of respect (washed and vacuumed my car). Its nice to drop your car off broken and pick it up fixed and a great price..

next time you get a bond for the amount you are being charged (it shows that you are paid the amount, just not to them) contact the Sheriffs office to get the car out and then it becomes a civil matter and they have so much time to respond. not many people know this option is available. You would be surprised what shops end up settling for.
