nissan 300zx swap info?
does anyone know what you have to do to fit a T56 into my Z32 300zx? if its not extremely hard i might just keep the car and save up to do an LS1/T56 swap in it. any info would be greatly apreciated.

theres nuthing ford about this. the T56 is used by alot of different makes. it was used in the camaros and trans am's. and the LS1 is a chevrolet motor.

this is a forum and general discussion. im just asking for help and advice. and the tremec your thinking of is the t-5. i used to get them mixed up too before i got my 98 z28.

All I'm saying is you'd get a better more accurate answer in GM and Nissan forum then anywhere else.

yea ive been on LS1Tech and V8nissans and got some info but im just trying to see if anyone on here has any info about it.

It may be General Car chat, but if you ask in the Chevy forum you might get a faster and a better response. Some of the members of this forum don't leave their respected sub forums. The question you asked technically isn't a General question. It's a specific question involving Nissan and Chevy so your best bet would be to ask in Chevy Tech and Nissan Tech.
