Reporting points to insurance
I rear ended a lady who stopped at a green light and got a careless driving ticket. I canceled my insurance and then I left the country for over a month on vaca. I'm back now and getting everything insured and registered again but the ticket came with 4 points. If I take the class to get them removed, and then go sign up for insurance do I have to tell them about it? I'm assuming yes but I figure you dick fuckers would know definite answers. How much did yalls insurance go up with 4 points removed or standing.

if the points aren't there, they aren't there. They will know when they run your license number. They ask because they are trying to catch you admitting to something that might not be on your report.
So if you're getting a quote, and you want to see the difference, then sure, plug in that you nailed someone and got points for it. But when you're actually putting the info in to buy it, don't say shit and just play dumb if they call you out on it. My girlfriend played the whole "I totally forgot since it was ssoo minor" card and the rep on the phone didn't include that in the rate.
