Most Ticketed Cars
Out of the list of 10 the below is a funny..Im in tears
#5. Scion xB Hatchback
Violations: 270%
Average Age: 37
% Male: 40%
The Scion xB is popular with young drivers, who are typically more likely to take risks, drive fast, and get tickets. “Lots of the fanboys who get their thrills with the JDM (Japanese domestic market) look of the first xB are the same guys who tune them up to Fast and Furious levels,” Padgett says.
#3. Scion tC Coupe
Violations: 343%
Average Age: 30
% Male: 39%
The Scion TC is aimed at younger drivers, just like its cousin, the xB, only sportier. “The Scion tC is today's pony car, and it has a younger buyer than the more expensive Mustangs and Camaros of today. Younger drivers get more tickets for higher speeds. You do the math.”
The rest of the list can be found here

The Integra is a 3 door hatch... not a coupe.

Coupe is designated for two door application. In the article it was used to differentiate from the 4-door sedan version. This is America, where we don't call trunks or hatches doors.
Edit: And it's not even a hatchback, that implies the rear window lifts to allow access to the storage area. It in fact has a proper trunk.Last edited by mrnicejetta; 07-10-2011 at 04:00 AM.

since when was a C-Class replaced by an E-Class? whoever wrote this list is a total idiot
and to make confusion perfect....a CLS is basicly a 4 door coupe because it has no B Pillars and the SL is a roadster, period

I'm sorry, did they just call a fucking TC a pony car?

"They were crying when their sons left, God is wearing black. Hes gone so far to find no hope, hes never coming back. They were crying when their sons left, all young men must go. Hes come so far to find the truth hes never going home."

coupe refers to how much interior volume there is, therefore the term 2 door sedan
hatchback refers to the fact that the passenger and cargo compartments are shared, and not separated like a car with a trunk

I stand corrected on the hatch part. I honestly thought it was a proper trunk. Thanks for being that sought after "learn something new every day." I at least admit my mistakes. One question though, does the four door still have hatch or proper trunk? I have the possibility of saving some face there.
I still stand firm on my coupe comment.

Like Tobi posted (I think lol) its all about the B-Pillar.
The VW CC actually stands for Comfort Coupe but its a 4door car. Something about how it doesnt have a defined B-pillar.The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
