Try to turn without using the e-brake next time.

I used to run mis-matched tires all the time when I couldn't afford a brand new set, and I would always get by just fine. I don't think it's your tires, but then again different cars react differently to things like that, so it is possible. When it happens are you using your brakes at all? I don't e-brake, just regular brakes.

I'd look at your entire suspension and make sure everything still looks good. I'd also look at your bushings as well.

The world is about to come to an end.
In all honesty, my car had a sway when I would enter a turn, and it would "wiggle" really badly. Like big bag of water was bouncing left to right in my trunk. Got under the car to find one of the connecting arms (Forget the specific name) was slightly cracked, and my bushings were bad. Fixed those, and the problem is gone. Hence my suggestions.
