Bust out a tape measure and see, I will bet that the rear are narrower then the front....

Ok so I used to work at a Toyota dealership years ago and couldn't remember if mr2's came with a staggered wheel setup so I Google it and guess what........they do.

So yes jameson if he measures his tires he "should" notice that the rear "should" be wider actually.

Op you said both tires are the same size so this might actually be part of your problem. Your next problem will be to find out which 2 rims are wider or a different offset then fitting them with the proper sized tires and placed on the rear of the car.

Yes from what I have been reading your car comes staggered from Toyota which means the rear will have a wider tread in the rear. You can Google it to make sure exactly what size tires and wheels should be on the rear of your car.....try joining a mr2 forum those guys should know exactly what to look for

The two separate arms that if you hop down behind the car, they are connected to the body with a bushing (each one) and then they are connected to the wheel assembly. Mine was slightly cracked.

my AW11 mr2 did the same thing. check to make sure nothing is bent in the rear and check your bushings.

also, take your car to a shop and see if it needs an alignment. 4wheel alignment

ya im getting alignment tomorrow and thank you too all i looked at the bushing rubber peice under arm at the bottom of the tire is almost gone as of tires the front is 215 back is 245 so check. thank you all for the support if i have any probloms i no where to post it you guys want any of my shit in my threads il give u a discount thanks again
