I trust screwing up my online order more than I trust ordering a part over the phone. At lease I know I was the dipwit that didn't get it right. Still it sucks you had such poor c.s.
if you can only race me in a straight line then whats the point

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.– the late Tom Thrash SCCA Solo E Production

it sounds like you got great cs, you got the parts for 60 bucks less then someone who took the time to make sure he ordered the right part by asking the person you ordered it from to read you off the part numbers....just sayin.

What i'll do too is I'll cross reference things online WHILE making the over the phone order and get proper part numbers that way if the rep says xxxxx part number and the site is different I can say "but the site says the part number is xxxx" ya know. that tends to protect against dumb cs reps that click the wrong boxes in their order window.

Because computers are smarter then people.
I order from them all the time and they are always on point. Ordering online works the best because they tell you when it will ship and if its on back order. Your situation sounds shitty but Id say order from them again online next time and you'll have better luck,
