Just throwing this out there, you're best bet if you care about a "Life Time warranty" is to do it at a dealership. Pay the steep price but when you need to redo your tints, it's less likely the dealership goes under.

Can you explain this please? I have an 05 dodge quad cab I was thinking about doing.. I don't think dodge will tint it for me. I want my toppers windows done as well.
I might just paint my toppers windows black from the inside.. that would def. be cheaper and more protective.Last edited by 1BADP71; 01-19-2011 at 09:27 PM.

Most dealerships contract their work out to the smaller tint and audio shops FYI. this also means most don't offer lifetime warrantys. If you have a good install, you shouldn't ever need to use a warranty anyways.

The dealers send the jobs to the smaller guys. I work at the mobile oil change in front of the tint place, they do hand cutting and there is a life time warrenty on defects with the tint company. Courtesy just sent over a used 7 series bwm for new tint on a back window the other day. most dealer ships send out cars for tint work and body work guys, you just pay them a little more for the dealer experiance.

^ If your driving all the way to clearwater, stop by Lokey. Yes it is a dealership, we have our own tint specialist on staff. And the lifetime warranty is covered through the dealership NOT the film company. Alot of places will warranty the tint, and when you need that warranty you have to wait weeks, for them to sort it out with the film company.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
