I've been looking but no luck.

can anyone direct me to a good thread documenting a 4 stroke jetski engine rebuild and possibly stages of installation?

prefer a Rotax build.

You should be able to get anything you need from that site. Its mostly racers. I'm over there a few times a day. I picked up an SHO to replace my HO Sunday.

I believe Rotaxs are 2-strokes,im not 100% sure though.Try Bansheehq.com,there was a guy over there that swapped one on a quad and did a big build write up.
