jc whitney 180 degree mandrel bent U pipe
get the diameter u need, measure, cut, go to home depot buy the diameter 2.25 or 2.5 pipe connectors
they work fine for an n/a car and even some turbo applications but they dont hold ALOT of psi.

The biggest challenge in making an intake as said... is finding the cold air!?!?
