hey i was always told the automatic bpus are just as fast and even more consistent then the six speeds

but i beat a supra and got it on video

i went for a ride in kenwoods supra back in the day

death scarifyingly fast once it hooked up

man the supra debate is a good one
ill leave it at its a very hard car to drive as fast as it can be due to the narrow powerband with a big single. then again thats just my stupidity talking so dont mind anything

No Automatics are not just as fast as 6 speeds. My car was automatic and i converted it to 6 speed because of its long gears and slower acceleration speed. I see this thread has been a good one. Anyways, its all in competition and no hard feelings torwards anyone involved. Everyone knows what they have and where their cars dominate and if there is any doubt, there is a track and there is a highway...drag your shit out and lets race! See you guys around.

I don't own a supra and I'm not putting down you or your car in any way BUT majority of the BPU auto's I've seen run better times then BPU 6 speeds. The reason why is brake boosting you can launch your car at half--full boost from what I understand. Just another question, you said for Supra's to be good track cars they have to have bogart 15s and some slicks or whaever, Titan didn't have slicks on their Supra.
