OK everyone I have decided to bite the bullet and take the Porsche into the 21st century by scrapping my old Andial 80s technology mixture controller and replacing it with GReddys Rebic IV injector system to supplement my stock FIs fuel-air mixture.
Depending on my budget after an engine rebuild/upgrade and gearing changes I might also upgrade from my manual boost controller to a GReddy PRofec B-spec boost controller.
I know their stuff looks good but I would like to get some word of mouth from any of you using these particular devices or any other GReddy components.
This will be a serious investment so any input will be greatly appreciated.

If my car can make 357rwhp and 420rwtq on a 3.0 6 cylinder turbo imagine what yours can do. you are probably 4 valves per cyl also im only two.

Im an old 2 valver like yourself (which is not much of a hinderance for a turbo). With 3.3 liters Im just trying to get back up to where my username says I should be and have a little more low end power too boot.Originally posted by "Someone"

Im also not planning to scrap my old Bosch CIS ignition since its simple indestructable and can handle up to 500 HP as long as you have a way to tweak the air-fuel mixture.
Thats the whole reason I need something like the Rebic IV.
I have heard a lot of other people swear by the Profec B which is the reason why I might upgrade my boost controller while I am upgrading.
I have already checked out Haltech and unless Im missing something all their products appear to be tweaks for computer controlled FI systems.
My CIS FI is pretty much a mechanical system so there is really not much you can do to it besides add a supplemental system.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. Whenever I want to go from low boost to high boost or back again its always a pain in the ass to try to count off the knob turns and all. I love the idea of just pushing a button to go between the presets.Originally posted by "Someone"

Im just hoping their injector kits are as good as their boost controllers. Since I havent heard anything bad about them yet Im pretty sure thats what Im going with.
The only thing that is going to suck about geting all this done is that my daily driver will be in the shop for 4 to 6 weeks while the engine and tranny are torn down and all the parts are being processed.
Ill planning on starting the work right after the FSF autocross on the 16th so I can at least have some fun at one event before I have to give up driving it for that long.

Ok then.
Please consider the SDS additional fuel controller.
It can add two or four additional injectors to the intake tract in order to bring in the correct amount of fuel under boost.
I think it may suit your needs very well.
