what do i have to do to put forged pistons in my h22...
do i need to sleeve the block or can the piston go into the stock block?if you can't beat me join me...& if you can beat me...DAMN!!!!!!!

Yes you need to resleeve DO NOT put forged pistons tn that stock block.

that would entirely depend on what year motor you have.
If you have a 92-96 block those can have any piston you want put in without resleeving. There are no special liners that prevent it.
If you have a 97-01 block (easy to distinguish - its open deck like a B series) then supposedly you have to resleeve due to its nickel cell liners. There is some debate amoung those in the know whether or not this is actually true or not. Id just pick up an old block they are stronger anyway.
It would be interesting to see some cold hard facts on the matter if anyone has experience on it. My thoughts would be since the 97+ blocks have a semi-exotic liner and are supposedly very susceptible to piston expansion/contraction the simple path would be to source a quality forged piston with a high silicon content.
