sounds like theres juice there.. just not enough to turn the starter.. enough to flip the relay though. Remove clean and tighten the cables on the battery. Check charge of battery. Although you may not be able to even wiggle a battery cable by hand.. it could still be loose enough to cause that problem.

my car did this for about a month. everyone told me that it WAS NOT because of the battery...but come to find out my battery had no life left what-so-ever. check out that battery of yours.

My stang did this a couple of months ago check the positive battery cable. Mine was cut so many times it just decided it couldnt handle the charge anymore.

it doesnt take much to power the radio ext. but it does take a bit to turn the car over. i would try to jump it if you did not already and if that doesnt work look to the starter.
Does that look normal to you?

Three posobilities...the alternator the battery or the fact that its a Camaro

In order of likliness
Scenario one: Battery screwed starters use a lot of amperage to turn a engine especially if it has a lot of cylinders. It wouldnt be unusual for everything else to work but the car wont start. Sometimes you will get a clicking noise from the relay or the starter but the engine will not turn over.
Scenario two: Alternator died and your battery is just discharged. Jump it if it dies when you remove the cables than the alternator is the likely problem. Or if it doesnt die and you are daring enough you can remove the battery while it is running and if it dies then it is a alternator problem thats assuming your battery still has enough amperage to run the car but not start it. If niether of these actions make the car stop running than it is the battery.
Scenario three: Starter is gone.
Just from my experience its always best to start with the battery in this situation. In most cases it is not the starter its usually the battery or the alternator but mostly the battery.
In your case it sounds exactly like a dead or dying battery. I had this happen to me once because whoever I bought my car from put a small lawnmower battery in it which eventually overtime was damaged from overcharging by a system made for a larger battery. It all happened one morning I went to start it got the same problem you stated clicking and all. Had it jumped ran fine so I got a new battery and no problems since.
Sorry for the long explanation
