putting a b18a1 into a 95 acura

i just put a b18a1 into a 1995 acura integra LS and im comeing into problems the vaccume lines dont have anywear to go ...and theirs 2 extra plugs on the wiring harness and ive tryed switching them arrond and blocking the vaccume lines and when it starts and drives it hessatates and studders till it reaches 2000rshared_pm then it flies what can i do to fix this ive spent many hours under the hood and still the same problems
