Swap issues for me. Plus its easier to work on without all those lines in there, and its just less junk in the car. The AC didn't work so i ripped it out, hasn't been a problem for the last...6 years. Never been an issue with any girls, and I've never really suffered for it. PS would have been more work to swap in, and I just didn't feel like it. May go to an electronic system in the auto-x/RR car, but we'll see.
But even in the S2K I don't use the AC

IDK about no AC and the ladies lol I think almost every girl that has ridden in my car wanted the AC on and windows closed. I roll with the windows down almost all the time and my AC works great. But the fresh breeze is so much nicer.

On most cars I prefer the steering input feel of no P/S, I can't stand it when the steering wheel feels too "light" like on BMW's. I've removed working systems out of past Honda's I've owned. I want to do it on my BMW if I can fab up an idler pulley. On my evo I plan on leaving it in because the car feels good with PS. I will never again remove A/C from a daily driver. I made that mistake once when I was 18 and won't do that again.
Don't bother giving me "rep", I won't return it and I think it is stupid.

its on the ricers guide to more power for free!!!
i almost always keep my windows up and ac on unless its a cool breezy day and im cruising to the beach or something. my neon has no a/c or power steering but it also didnt have power anything, interior fans or anything i hated it! it might of gave me 1hp but isnt worth it at all, the one and only thing i did like about it was how clean the engine bay was and how easy it was to work on with all of that out of there...why did i drive a neon? click the link to the old ride: http://acrracing.tripod.com/

Depending on how much is removed there is a weight savings, less shit to work around and a miniscule hp gain. Some folks it matters, some it doesn't. I'm not crazy about working on or around all that shit, changing PS fluid, hoses, pulley, cooler, same with AC, condensor, compressor, hoses, recharge, etc.

Like that shit on my dd but not on a weekend car. My next stang will more then likely be a vert so who gives a fuck about ac and ps on that. And I didn't have ps on my old mark7 and was fine but I also have fore arms the size of canned hams.
Old schooler.

I don't understand it either. My car the A/C works awesome and the powersteering is pretty good too. I wouldn't want to remove them just to save a couple HP and a few pounds. There are other ways to increase power and drop weight that don't inconvenience me as much. I got a custom radiator made for my car so it could handle the extra heat of an occasional track outing, and I went to the extra time and effort to make sure it would work with the stock A/C in place.

having no power steering keeps my arms in great shape, trust me i saw the flabby difference when i had power steering in my coupe and hated it. found my EG hatch and was like yAy manual steering.
2 of my 3 cars don't need AC because they come out, go to the track and play and go home and rest in the garage ... they got it made
if you can only race me in a straight line then whats the point

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.– the late Tom Thrash SCCA Solo E Production

can't fit my intake manifold with the p/s pump there.
can't fit the exhaust manifold and turbo with a/c there.
I have another car for DD.
I like the manual steering rack anyway. it's not bad....good feel of the road.

My daily has AC, but my track car doesn't. Having two cars is a smart decision.
