New Tire Test Results

Next time you are standing in the cash-only-10-items-maximum
checkout line at Albertson's to buy a 6 pack of Corona and

you are waiting for the person in front of you to get their 30
items rung up and pay by check,

and you decide to kill some time by reading the penis enlargement
ads in the back of the August Car and Driver magazine,

about 5 pages from the back of the magazine is a new tire test.

I was looking at the tread designs versus the tire costs
and the cheapest tire appeared to have the best wet road
tread pattern AND more rubber on the road than the more
expensive designs.

I read the results of the test, and while the tread LOOKS good,
that particular tire scored LOWEST in every single category
except price........

Not mentioning any names............You might check out the
results before you spring for your next set of tires.-Bob

and I won't ask you to take my word for what it says,

Putting the point in the form of a question,..........
Is a person better off reading tire tests or reading
ads on penis enlargement?

From all your post i cannot tell yet if your really smart or your like my stepdad and just talks unique.

You wrote a pretty hefty response at first it would be pretty easy to say:

But since it was your opinion on the best surface area/wet pattern and the test showed you where wrong you wasted even more time.

So far between you and I, only one of us
has looked at the tread patterns,
read the tire test, and
knows anything about the tire test.

After you look at the tread patterns would you give us your thoughts?......-Bob

There is more to a tire than tread pattern.

P/S I dont read tire test, I read reviews from the guys who have driven on them on the street and the track. Most of which have a fair amount of driving experience.
