That's similar to what i'm going to be putting in my '81. I'm considering a budget LQ9 6.0 instead of an LS2, but i'd really like to keep the weight down since it's already a light car.
Back to topic, that trade is a good deal. I like the C5's and those numbers are impressive. It sounds great, too.One of these days when my time has come, You can take me back to where I'm from.

whats the difference in weight between the iron block and the ls2? Yeah its a matter of if i want to sell my car outright and get something more practical or jump into something really crazy while getting some money back doing it as well

The iron block Lq4/9 4.8/5.3/6.0's are around 100lbs heavier than the aluminum block LS'.
The LS2 aluminum block is good for around the same power that the iron blocks are good for, but the LS1 block is not.
I'd like to keep it light, but I can build an LQ9 that makes the same power as an LS2 for $3500 less. One of these days when my time has come, You can take me back to where I'm from.

doesnt the title have a line where you put how much the car was bought for, do you just put in trade on that line or nothing, just seems wierd to have a title that says trade on it, i rather put the value of the car on there and trade on the bill of sale but not sure if the two have to match up??
