2010 Ford Fiesta
I am strongly considering this for a DD. I dont care if you think it will suck cause its a Ford. This car is awesome.

New Ford= win.
One of these days when my time has come, You can take me back to where I'm from.
Put me on a westbound train, An' ship me off in the pourin' rain.

Kudos to Ford for putting together a tech savvy, dare I say, plush interior. Its unfortunate that they put that in a rather unappealing exterior package, but we'll see what shows up stateside

I kinda like the looks but at the current conversion of $26,000 its a major fail. Especially with only a 118hp 1.6L.

Lower the price, but other than that I like it.

Everything is far more expensive across the pond. As they predicted it will likely fall wellll below 20k.
I have never liked a ford more than this vehicle that I actually thought I could own myself. Honestly being a honda guy, I can still say that this blows the fit out of the water for the money.

i wonder if it will still feel like a mini suv when you drive it
personally i am not a fan of the new put the driver high above the road drivers seats the econo boxes are sporting these days
while nice looking, i would have to test drive one to see if it can give you the feel that it might be as sporty as it looks
it is interesting how many of the euro spec versions from domestic automakers are finally making the jump across the pond. is it possible they finally pulled their heads out of their corporate butts and woke up?if you can only race me in a straight line then whats the point

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.– the late Tom Thrash SCCA Solo E Production

this is a very interesting comment. Seems a lot of automakers are (finally) figuring out most people prefer a wider vantage point. Honda and a few others have known this for years, and a large reason why SUV's are so popular with women. As people transition from SUV's to smaller cars, expect to see this more

i noticed it with rental cars and it sucks. even with the seat bottomed out
for me, it feels like i am completely out of touch with the road and its feel
floating couches are not for me
i noticed the Eclipse (rental) and Vivek's GXP did not put me above the road ... so to me its the econoline that is doing itif you can only race me in a straight line then whats the point
