Mazda Guys Doing It Right At Epic Florida Car Meet

After much talk and planning, the Epic Florida Car Meet was held at Phillipe Park/Safety Harbor/Clearwater with 70 cars in attendance.

There was a BBQ, Photo shoot, Giveaways/Raffle, "Best In" Contests and more.

If people prepaid it was $15, or they paid $20 at the gate.
If you brought friends along to eat, it was $5 for all-you-could-eat.........that's the deal I got!

They were organized well enough that they never ran out of food..........and the number of buns matched the number of burgers!........LOL something I've not always seen at some meets...

Something other clubs could learn from was an "entry sheet" under your windshield wiper, where you could write down the mods that you made to your ride and your screen name. That was a way to put a face with a ride and someone you had probably talked to in the forums.
I had a great time wandering around looking at some cool cars, taking some pictures and shooting the bull with out-of-towners.

At the end of the day, They gave away some big money cash prizes too.

Right now, we are all imagining that you are licking your computer screen...... LOL

......and who knows........maybe the idea they had about the windshield sheets will catch on with other clubs.....pretty often at meets, I see a cool car, and I wonder about the mods and who owns it.

Plenty of people ask me questions related to an article at the meets I go to..........you can do the same as long as you are seeking information instead of looking for something to complain about
