yeah egt's have been fine. ill smooth everything out once i get a better boost controller. the spring must be worn out as it spikes to 20psi then drops to 15 like imidiatly after. lol. gonna order the stuff to control boost with the ms2.

god damnit!!!!!!!! yesterday car was running perfect. drove it hard ALL day and it was fine other then toward the end of the day the temp gauge was going a lil higher then usual. still on the stock radiator so figured i boiled a lil water out. no biggie, happened a few times. parked it. a few hours later topped the radiator off, didnt take much. started driving and the fucking problem is back. bucks as soon as you hit boost. i didnt change shit.
today i pulled the plugs. 1-4 were fine. 5 and 6 had some high speed glazing, figured ok, must be cause it got a bit warm last night. changed only thise 2 plugs, same thing. checked everything else. i had already swapped in the other coil pack from my friend on friday so its not the coils. only thing i can think of is even though the other 4 plugs looked fine that maybe they are bad? all were still gapped to 26 thousands. i dont get it. i deff am getting tired of this shit though. i fixed the power steering leak yesterday too so it was alot more fun to drive. this is really pissing me off now. i bought a wastegate last night locally so dont got the cash to go grab more plugs. gona wait till my next check and try a set of autolite coppers for a mk4 and see if that solves it again. gonna suck if i just keep going through plugs this fast. i really need to get a set of those individual coils from a camry asap! IM TIRED OF THIS SHIT.http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2042690/1 black 84 supra, 7mgte, truetrac, bbk, etc.. more in the works

I'm pretty sure that MS requires resistor spark plugs. Also, are you running low-z injectors controlled by PWM on the MS? If so, that introduces an insane amount of noise into the system due to the PWM sharing the same ground plane as the processor. Even if you aren't running low-z injectors, you might be getting noise back into the processor from them opening and closing.

What rpm and vac does the car idle at? If the map is right and you have 10degrees of timing at idle thats really low.
Our factory turbo mustangs idled in the 40 degree range. At 10degrees mine doesn't really even want to run. It just bobbles around and would die after awhile. When I bump the timing to 36 it sounds like a loud sewing machine.

my car idles perfect at 10deg. its not a mustang. its a toyota. i run 40deg under low throttle cruise. idle i have set to 1k rpm and vac is like 20-22in.
anyhow. found out the damn problem is plugs every time this happens. im running 3923 autolite coppers. gonna go another heat range colder to 3922's and see how it does. currently it only happens at higher boost levels now. lower boost is fine. also i put a resistor pack on the injector power circuit and switched pwd to 100% seems to have solved the voltage spikes.http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2042690/1 black 84 supra, 7mgte, truetrac, bbk, etc.. more in the works
