I've dealt with him before, and he seemed fine to me. Drove all the way from Live Oak to Bradenton just to meet me at 4am to buy a car from me. He had brought the same amount of money we agreed prior to meeting, so there weren't any tricks when he showed up.

This doesn't prove he hasn't done anything in the past, but I can say he dealt with me just like any other person I've dealt with from TR before...

That's the good/bad thing about the internet.
Thieves use it because their identity is relatively disguised in making transactions, but the positive side is that us consumers can easily find out EVERYTHING they've done in the past

first off that was over a year ago, before I ever dealt with him. secondly, I never stated that I know for a fact he has or hasn't done anything. In that instance I was just pressing him to find some kind of truth among the rumors.

I've met him before he seems like a good guy. But He is a car whore. Although I dont know how many of you would continue to pay someone for a car that blew up. My priorities would be on getting it running not returning my debt to the person who sold me the car which blew up.
