i think with commercial eviction, at least in this case, the owners of the cars would receive all there property back, even if not there would be some lawsuits for sure

this is what i have found to be true. owners can pick up their property and if you dont within XXX days then it will become property of the owner. I will need someone to represent me since I live on the other side of the US. I hope that Ian works it out to where we can easily go get out our stuff and not have to do it by court/sheriff way, which will make my life a lot harder. ive been responding to the other thread

the state is not going to seize the property, because DC is just renting it
the landlord will most likely have the cars towed away to an impound lot if people don't get down there soon
pray you have some sort receipt or billing statement for the random parts that are prolly floating around the shopLast edited by Niburu; 08-07-2008 at 03:01 PM.

Like I said mark if need be I can borrow a tow dolly and tow it some place. And if you are really gonna have shipped to cali I could just ask my old boss if I can tow it there and the carrier can pick it up there.

there is no posting of making racial remarks and comments about the wifes. TR's concern is for its members and them retrieving their items/parts/vehicles.

if any of you guys as customers have paid through a credit card, you can dispute the charge with your credit card carrier. they will do an investigation for you and chargeback the accounts.
just a heads up for those who have paid for items not received.
i had to do this once with DC over some rims i paid for and never received. as soon as i filed my claim, DC refunded my money.
