They raced from a dig too....The z06's is fast. I got caught in 2nd gear going about 20 on my r6 and didn't chase down the z06 until mid way through 4th and I barely started catching him.

I swear there is a lot more " I knew it" (for the z06 winning) in this thread than in previous gtr threads. maybe its just me though.

lol i noticed this too. Im on other boards and some of the z06 owners are very eager to race a gtr when it gets here...

its hard to compare street races with their stupid honk rythems and such. I like them both but you dont see 32413 gtr's a day so i still like it better

To me the GTR is just another fanboy dickriding machine. Granted it is nice and I do like it, but I used to say the same thing about the EVO until it came out here. Once it got here I lost my appeal to it, mainly in part because it was here and it was something I could actually own, but on the other hand I thought about getting an EVO when they came here but the people who drove EVOs ruined it for me. Same way about the GTR dickriders; it is nice car, but Im not the type of guy to sit there and get a boner if I see one in the streets like the rest of ya.
