I don't buy that premix bullshit. If you think about it, it's already premixed for you so you are getting robbed of coolant you are not getting but are paying for. I get the green stuff, and some distilled water if I really care about the car, then I do a 60/40 mix.
If things are getting too hot, put some water wetter into the coolant tank. it's eventually mix in and bring temps down.

i've heard good things about that wetter water stuff, but it is expensive, so I've never tried it...

Coolant does not raise the boiling point. It does lower the freezing point though. If you bother to look around for yourself you would see that water has a significantly higher boiling point than Anti-freeze.
Basically what everyone calls "Coolant" is really just "Anti-Freeze" that has been adopted as the universal coolant supply.
ALL cars ship with this because the manufacturers have no way of knowing where each individual car will go and it allows them to streamline the situation. 50/50 water from the hose and coolant. works fine for me.
