Are you looking for a nibbler to make louvers? Cause there is a tool for just that.

Chuck, a good friend of my families is an awesome sheetmetal worker. He made his own die set for doing louvers. His name is Cecil Taylor. His shop is called Hercules Motor Cars (he hand builds woodies from scratch). Its off of Broadway in East Tampa.
