Yep did it on one of my stangs, regretted it. On long drives I believe the car was filling with CO, which btw, can be fatal in large enough doses or long exposure times even at low levels. No engine in the world releases a "safe" level of CO. It will affect you if you're breathing it.

Didn't everybody here learn that CO (Carbon Monoxide) is odorless and tasteless? Yet you all talk about smelling it. HOW? And the CAT reduces CO to a safe level? OMFG!

CO exposure does not necessarily mean death. In fact, the non-deadly symptoms of exposure may help you to determine whether you have exposure to CO. ..

I find it very unlikely that someone will die from running dumps in thier car, but they are putting themselves at risk.

CO is a cumulative gas, it will build up in your body, and over time a little here and there can give you CO poisoning and equal severe health problems and death.

With all of that bieng said, I have ran dumps before in a few stangs. I like the way they sound at times, but the smell of the exhaust gasses got old after a while. All of my current cars have tailpipes (even my 9 second 96 has 2.5" tailpipes)

Whay do you want to run dumps? Do you need clearence to run a rear anti roll bar?

no i just like the look and sound of no tail pipes.. and whoever did the exhaust on the car before i got it did a REALLY shitty job..
