I think im going to sell her :(

Well Ive had just about enough of the constant breaking down of this car, and some of you might know ive had the idea of getting rid of it for a while... Ive basically narrowed my next car down to 2 cars.. either an ls1 fd or an s2k... I have roughly 25k to spend and my main concern of course is reliability plus POWA.. I could pick up an s2k for 14k and have around 10k to dump into it.. or I could have a 350-390rwhp ls1 fd for 22-25k.. I wanna know what your guys opinions are... and honestly I will be in tears the day I sell my car because I absolutely love it but its not practical for a 19 year old full time student.. Lets hear it! -Eric

I dont see why there would be any rotary flaming.. Unless people enjoy getting off topic.

^Well, this IS TR. It'll be an imports vs. domestics thread by page 2. You already know what my vote is. Isn't Andrew still trying to sell his car? It's well-sorted, and has already proven itself as a daily driver.

Just because there are so many rotary haters on this site, and any thread with mention of a rotary, usually turns into flaming.

Like I said earlier, if you want a reliable and fun little car go with the s2k. Hit up s2ki.com if you want more info. Although the FD would be nice, it still won't be as reliable as the s2k. (obviously) Go test drive an s2k, it will help you make up your mind, I guarantee it.

Andrew has a nice car but he complains about it just as much as I complain about mine, im not really looking for something to fix up.. Im leaning towards getting an s2k and sometime down the line getting another fd maybe even 2.

A M Roadster sound nice....hmm.

I dunno why your car is so trouble prone Eric. I put quite a bit of miles on mine in the time it was rotary and it gave me minimial trouble.

My vote it LSx FD!

I personally dont like the m roadster.. Not a fan of the looks.. I understand its torque less but it wont be that bad considering I drive a rotary.. and if I have 10k to drop into it im sure i can make it decently fast....
