Its all about stance.
The camber and offset make the car seem alot wider, lower and way more aggressive.
It might have lost alot of functionality in the process, Who cares its a FWD HONDA, but as I said I personally dont even like the car, but the way it is sitting makes it look alot better than any teg I have seen.

Everyone builds a car to suit their own, individual style. This person likes the way his/her car looks, and obviously has the cash to afford new tires every 2 months.
